Hi!

I have read a lot of about surging and how to fix it (ECU, PC, DP etc...).
What I don't know though is how to identify surging.
What does this really mean? Could someone describe it and provide a method to test this engine state?

Thank you!

I describe it as a condition where the engine speed rises and falls at a steady throttle opening.

It happens at cruising speeds and I'm not aware of a 'test'.

It's a seat of the pants thing...either it does it or it doesn't.
