You won't have to tune her mate.  There's never any... need  [evil] ;)

The screen scrolls, "EU Ducati Racing". I note the lambda is still on the rear pipe. Edit: Found the other pipe sniffer. It was well tucked away, 'spose to avoid getting ripped off by road debris. I was told it had the full kit that came with the DP Termi two into one pipe. Hmmm.
That sound right?

DP ECU on my Monster with Termi full system scrolled "Ducati Racing".... and retained both Lambda probes.  In other words, not an open loop system.

So... yours sounds right to me.  Other than I'm surprised both O2 sensors are not retained.

Sounds cool, thanks Stavros. [thumbsup]

I'll have to ride it a fair bit to see how close the map is. A PCV is probably the only thing besides tyres I would consider needing to buy. Maybe a reflash to a nice closed loop performance map.

Its got those  carbon mirrors with led indicators, (and originals with barkbusters), a nice low Sargent seat (and original), tail tidy, carbon chain guard and rear side covers.

The Termi 2 into 1 is beautiful and must drop a fair bit of weight.

JD Horde has a quick report on the HM 1100DS with DP kit. He put a kitted bike and stocker on tne dyno and found a 6 hp increase. He said the fuelling was quite good. We'll see how close it is on my evo.

Stav, found the other Lambda sensor. Was well tucked away and rightly so to protect it. What a great little bike!

Na, but speaks Greek better than me! I think he can read some Greek. He's a trilingual Pom Import/Aussie; Deuch, Englesi and Wog. Not bad. He also understands carburettor but denies it. ;D

I can read some Greek.  I taught myself the Greek alphabet so I could read street signs and bus destination signs.  But to say I can speak Greek is a very long stretch... I know.. a few words.

I can speak German, Swedish, some Hebrew (but can't read it), un poco Espanol and a smattering of English.

Yes, I am a cunning linguist  ;D

I deny any association with the Poms way more than I deny understanding carburettor  :P

Did about 60 miles through the hills today. :D

Ride impressions:
1. Excellent acceleration and easy to loop. 1100cc in a dirt bike package. What could possibly go wrong? [evil]
2. I felt quite confident on good dirt and gravel roads with it despite the street tyres.
3. The ergos are great, but the stock seat is harsh, although it looks awesome. The Sargent seat was an excellent inclusion in the deal.
4. The carbon aftermarket mirrors with integral indicators helped with lane filtering and squeezing into parking, etc. Another great part of the deal.
5. A commanding view of the road is a cliche', but oh so true.  I'm quite observant, but saw a lot more.
6. It feels strange being up so high, but you dirt blokes will be fine. My brother will love it.
7. It takes a bit of getting used to the long travel suspension, but it gave me confidence on rough roads where the M900 is bouncing around and off line.
8. Everyone takes a second look trying to work out what it is.
9. The response is sensational and can only get better with tuning.
10. The clutch pull was heavy which surprised me given the radial M/C.
11. They still persist with clutch springs and retainers that rust. I changed them.
12. The DP Termi 2 into 1 system looks sensational and sounds great, but doesn't sound as good as the twin Termis on my M900.
13. Your right boot rubs the paint off the clutch cover.
14. It's cop bait, so ride with restraint. Yeah, sure.
15. The brakes were strong and the suspension felt good even though I haven't dialled it in yet.
16. Extra Wog chrome was part of the deal [drool].
17. Throttle control is everything.

So glad I got it. I shall call her Zoot. Naughty, naughty, wicked Zoot. She should be spanked soundly [evil].

Seems we have a real happy koko64!  Try 2 up yet?

OK, WTF is a "Extra wog chrome"?

koko64

A guy once said that carbon fibre was Wog chrome, or that carbon is to a Ducati rider what chrome is to a Harley rider [laugh] (I'm allowed to say Wog). ;D I think that is so true. There are the mirrors, chain guard, rear shroud, exhaust, exhaust heat guard.
Wife sat on the back and loved the Sargent seat, she couldn't believe how hard the stock seat was. It's crazy. It takes 10 minutes riding to hurt. I may get it redone to look the same but comfortable.

Does the kit help smoothness down low? Do you think the DP ECU is too rich down low? You had a thread on this ay?

Stav, I'll search for your thread on tuning the 1100. I wonder if a PCV will fit anywhere on this little jigger!
