The Craftsman may have returned but the designer never showed up.     vomit

On face value, the Bienville Legacy is a weird, vastly overpowered and visually shocking motorbike with a completely unique suspension system. But to the team that created it and the eccentric entrepreneur that bankrolled it, it's not just a motorcycle. It's a two-wheeled expression of blue-sky design, the realization of an idea unhindered by commercial realities – and the start of a movement that aims to celebrate and re-invigorate the idea of master craftsmanship in America.  Rest of article here http://www.gizmag.com/bienville-legacy-motorcycle-jt-nesbitt-admci/34684/

Commercial realities give designers artificial constraints to give focus and purpose to their designs.

This has no focus.

Plus I'm a hater and have never been a fan of any of his bikes.

The title of that article should have been:

Fabulously Wealthy but Confused Patron Hires Artist to Burn Through a Trainload of Cash.

Mr. Jacoby has a noble and worthy goal, "to revitalize the concept of master craftsmanship in American design. "

But his plan on how to do it is totally off the rails on the crazy train.

That "unique" suspension Looks a lot like a Confederate Wraith to me...

I think the "unique" they are talking about is the leaf spring running from front to rear under your crotch.  Craft might be plenty, but aesthetics?  I'm speechless.

Is that a motor out of a Motus?

The design makes perfect sense though if you are used to looking at modern art

Jebus ...there isn't a single coherent theme in the whole
Train wreck.  Wait a minute ... Maybe 'train wreck' is the
Theme.
