the frisbee thingy is an accessorie . . . but those are Kineo .. . Alpina doesn't make SSS wheels . . .
No Carlos.  These are Kineo

These things with the frisbee hub are not accessorised Kineos ... they're some other brand than Kineo... they have conventional spoke nipples quite unlike the gorgeous Kineos.......

So, who makes these frisbee hub wheels?

I dont care for 'em.  I just like being right  laughingdp

This might help solve the confusion.  The wheels with conventional nipples might be, at least in part, a product of the mother company, In-Motion.  http://kineowheels.com/  In short, both Ung and Carlos might be correct, sorta.

Anyhow . . . I did search around and those wheels are, well, a bunch of wheels put together as howie said by D.I.D. and never into production.

Alpina, afaik, doesn't make SSS rear wheels, so, I owe UNG a beer or glass of wine next time I am in town . . . Grin

A close look at the photo reveals a Ducati logo on the  '3 O'clock' spoke of the 'Frisbee hub '.

I'd wager it was a DP farkle, so it could have been made by anyone.

That rear Frisbee is not what you think it is.  Upscale Hood Spinners.  Found some others for motorbikes at this link

if anyone is interested, I heard they are going fast.  Grin
