Rogue makes an excellent Chocolate Stout as well that goes great with vanilla ice cream.
The only thing skittles are good for are when you eat magic mushrooms they make them taste so much better

Drop a couple skittles into a bottle of light beer, and be near a sink or outdoors.  I learned this in high school - you are a late bloomer  ;D

Local bar here has Young's on tap.  I love it.  The Rouge is also tasty, but never had it on tap.  Young's is draughted with nitrogen like Guiness.  I think it makes a big difference.

We used to float guiness on everything but the owner of the bar decided try floating Young's.  Turns out, Young's floated on Blue Moon is make the beast with two backsing awesome.

However, I wouldn't recommend Guiness floated on Bourbon.   [laugh]  :-X

Another good choco stout to add to the list is the Bison.  Tasty.
