Not so fast there, cowboy.

I'm pretty sure the bolt spread is different between 'soap bar' and '02 and later.

Gauges are linked to the ecu. You'd need to disable the immobilizer by having the ecu flashed to replace the cluster.

Maybe its the picture angle, but the frame looks wonky near the steering head .

Special delivery Smiley

been trying to figure out what to do about the handlebar clamps, but as usual ebay swop's in and saves me...lol I saw a auction for a parts lot for an 03 620...look at out of curiosity and its really just full of nuts and bolts and mostly just junk that I dont need.

but then I noticed something very important. Smiley

woohoo. not bad for 15 bucks. and might be a couple of things in there that I might use, who knows.

also new in this week. HER color has arrived.

Before I bought this bike, I built it in my head, (as I do almost all my projects) I have this vision of the frame and wheels and a couple of little things being this color. the rest will either be a satin and/or gloss black. I think this purple should really pop when its all done. I really hope she likes it. Smiley

matt or satin silver might look ok with it.  with purple stripes, of course.

Sorry for the minor thread jack but does anyone know what the heck those odd spacer thingys are doing on the vertical valve cover?

It doesn't look to be an OE part, and I could actually use something like this for my oil cooler mount.

Ok. Parts diagram doesn't show em there, either. What's their purpose, Carlos? And do you have a part #?

Those belong on the vertical intake valvecover, the battery tray mounts to them.
