Tried on the new ArmourBodies tank cover:

It feels a lot more sturdy than the original covers.  Then again, I am doing this as several of the mounting points on my originals have broken.  I went to half a dozen different fabricators to see if anybody was willing to try and make something similar in aluminium or steel, but they all felt the shape was too complex.  Now I need to look for a painter and choose a colour scheme.

Some crazy Australian dude decided to graffiti the back of my bike this weekend. I'm so pissed!

I picked mine up from ECS today!!! it's was a long, cold winter and while the weather has been nice for a few weeks now here in the northeast, I'm happy to say I'm finally back on two wheels -  Ive gotta give props to Matt and the boys there, they did an excellent job.  Belts, valves, new battery, and a bunch of other stuff that needed attention after 4 years of ripping around, but I must say the bike is running better than I ever remember - well worth the extra time it took me to get it up there.

Left from ECS and took advantage of their proximity to Bear Mtn in New York state - did about 100 miles this morning and it was perfection.  Evil

Ummmm, you wouldn't feel so bad if you saw mine. It's quite grungy. I think it's been about 10000 miles since I washed it...

Yes. I ride every day i can. Rain or not.

Sadly, my bike is down for repairs. Time to adjust valves and change belts. Looked at the bike yesterday morning and leaking clutch fluid, so i'm doing a slave now as well... Exciting!! Sad
