Went to put on the tank this morning. I had a little fuel that leaked out of the tank and on that plastic protective cover. I thought it was just because, well, not sure. But now i found out!! Kind of scary!!!

So, i guess my fuel mileage will go up?? Cheesy Have to get a new o ring from somewhere today. Got the shift kit as well, so now i need to pull off the clutch cover in the morning.

Hahaha. Nah, i'm actually really happy with the 696. I'm just finding all of the previous owners' mistakes. I've had most of the bike apart now and feel like i've gotten pretty much all of them gone now. Not much left otherwise!!!

Need to clean that spot up. Glad that the o rings seemed to have done the job though. No new fuel.
