Funny you ask because there just so happen to be Pazoma levers for the BROMBO RCS master cylinder!

How about these? They're actually listed as RIZOMA:

Maybe we can get Brombo Racing to sponsor some trackdays.

How do these knockoffs happen? Does someone reverse engineer the original part and then make it at a factory or does the Brembo Chinese factory stay open for an extra shift and run off some more product which then leaves through the secret back door?

For $45; it would be interesting to get and disassemble and see where the differences lie...

It's a fair assumption that there are VERY slack tolerances. A small sacrifice for large production numbers. I'd bet fit and finish on the outside might be nice, but inside looks like a bomb went off.

I presume that they can probably reverse engineer these part pretty easily. Most likely they save on materials.

They may not have to reverse engineer them at all. They might be the ones that build the Brembo pieces!

Loosen the tolerances a bit, use cheaper machinists (effective training program), fire the QAQC guy altogether, and sell direct to the public!

They may not even have to do that? They could sell directly to the public for slightly more than they sell to Brembo themselves and make even more profit for the EXACT same cost...
