Behold the window runs-new vs old.
The windows used to rattle-hopefully this sorts it out a bit. Windows run on IZ_ and with the new runs we've improved the IZ_ ratio by 112%. I was amused to see the box these things were in said "Flight Cycles"....which tells me Stu didn't want to put them in, either
Installed, which meant the window came out for the 18th time.
And a look down from the top-that's the glass between the two horizontal IZ_ channels me being a foot model, and my missing hat.
New door gasket:
I didn't buy that, either, so, thanks, Stu.
Might even be quiet-I've never been in an old car with an intact one.
And a brandy new bolt in door handle!
Brand new, bolt in.
Which means it in no way bolted in and I dismantled it and transferred the internals from the old one.
Which didn't transfer either because the holes are different so I made new ones.
This took....a long time.
