Specifically, how are they supported on a 620, 800, 900 etc. Do they bolt to the stock rearsets or use a hanger from rear of the frame.

Haven't found any photos that show what's up for the classic DSS monsters. On the 696 the are hung from the tail, but I'd rather not assume they did it the same for the older set.

Lots pf people did the high pipe mod when going to aftermarket rearset5s because the brackets to hang low mounts were almost as much money.

Yeah I presently have cycle cat rearsets, with no boom for low mount supports - and of course that means that any of the high mounts that that used the stock rear sets for support won't do

I've never seen a high mount attached to the rearset bracket.

Flip that clamp around, slide it back, and add an Adele clamp to the frame. Grin

Yeah, definitely seemed like the hard way to go at it. But there they are. Seen some others that had tabs on the S-pipes to use that same mount.
