Holy crap. The scariest part is probably going to Islamabad. You might need to keep a good hold on your bike there.

Hey all. Huge thanks for all your words of encouragement.....
Well just finished the second pack and weight in. 84kg of gear to go.....
I have a 70kg special over weight allowance so still looks like some excess baggage fees...  bang head
Couple pics of the majority of the gear.
2 more sleeps and counting.

hope that front rigid fork is Ti...is it a Sibex?

get rid of the rear brake and lever! you won't need it up there for the 20 meters.
