Update:
When I installed all the black aluminum nuts (front axle, rear left axle and rear wheel nut) I threw a little line of torque paint on to monitor if the new hardware maintained torque....well it didn't. All maintained torque except the left rear axle nut. Thank god for those spring clips. In any case, I simply re-tightened with a little more torque (15 N.m.) and test rode. Yet again it loosened.
By now i'm frustrated so...Threadlocker+More torque...
I removed the nut, cleaned the threads and applied Blue Loctite 242, torqued up 20 N.m.
Test rode last night and to work this morning. It appears to have done the trick, but i'm defiantly going to be keeping an eye on all 3 nuts. I think i'm going to put a little Loctite on the wheel nut and front axle nut for peace of mind.
