Bought a Sport 1000S in Indiana registered it in Illinois and went through the Title Transfer process at the Illinois DMV. The original Indiana Title has the Model incorrectly listed as 1000GT instead of 1000S so while filling out the transfer form I wrote 1000S instead of 1000GT to try and correct this on the new title. Just got the new title and the Model is blank. It just has the Make, Year, VIN etc but no "Model". Will this pose a problem for me at any point. Do I need to get this rectified or is it inconsequential?

As long as the unique identifying stuff (VIN) is good, you're probably fine.  Here in NC, mine is simple listed as a DUCA on the title with a body style of MC for motorcycle.
