During the emptying of the engine of a friend, it was found metal particles on the drain plug .....





 :'(

by cons here .....



Bearing Crankshaft death



So I go out under the engine











successful extraction Grin



And engine teardown









And this is the culprit, the damaged ball right and left a ball in good condition ....



Extraction cleaning bearings and crankcases







Reassembly of the new engine bearings





And reassembling the vilolebrequin and the gearbox













Then winding cylinders and pistons











And then we put everything in the crankcase



























Et voilĂ   Grin

We will submit its engine

Cool. .. that you can dive in and rip it apart then reassemble. How long did it take?
