Don't know of any appropriate stainless ones for the task. California Cycle Works has the zinc coated steel type with integral flange for the application.

A good grade of titanium might work better.

Yes, maybe Ti is the way to go, if I can find any lol ... I was wondering if Bevel head nuts will fit ?, as Ive found some of those in stainless, are M750 and Bevel both M10x1.5 ? ... If so my search will be over.

but as scaudill say's McMasters is a good place to find them, I've bought from them before as well...   waytogo

No, I havent started the build yet , Ive been amassing parts over the last year +. Now Im just waiting on the heads from the engineer, need to powder coat the frame, then the fun part can begin ... I will start a thread when I have some build pics to show you  Smiley

I cant remember if the nuts were low profile or something for access, but if they're just standard flange nuts, I just found this mob too. you may like them for any other stainless bits you need, Von Eisen. they look to stock a lot!

Thanks for the link Nibor waytogo ... Yes, the OEM M750 head nuts do have a lower profile than the Bevel nuts, Ive machined approx 2.5mm off these stainless Bevel nuts (which are nice quality) ... A lot of messing around but Ive now got what I wanted.
