Who mounted these brackets?

I'm not so sure those will fit. Most fork tubes on monsters are 50mm under the triple and 54mm a few inches down on the fat part. Unless it's changed the past 4 or 3 years.

I fitted some similar to these to my SuperSport cafe racer, there are plenty of different sizes out there:
