Author Topic: Built not bought: DIY Corse Clutch Case  (Read 2084 times)

After hacking one clutch case to bits I decided to do another one slightly differently.

First one:



The next one was a cheap buy, so I started with drilling the corner holes by hand:



I then drilled out the middle:



The rest was hand filed:



Once tidied up and finished it looked okay:



Off to powder coat on Monday.

I am running the first one on the ST2 engine (this will be in the Monster) and the second one will go in my Cafe Racer project.
