Any suggestions? I'm sure a few on here have IMA triples and would have replaced the bearings whilst at it.

Can't remember what MODx my triple are, picked them up off Rudemouthsky a while back. The old type that should drop in with the old monsters. Will look it up and reply if needed.

But basically I've got a lot going on with sick family and jumping through hoops for a job prospect, hoping someone can save me some research time by confirming what I need to throw coin at so I can just finish the bloody build  bang head Grin

Gracias! chug

If the triples are a direct bolt on and components the same dimensions then oem size bearings would fit? Compare with oem triples to confirm and if so, take the oem bearings you removed to get a match at Bayswater Bearings. The OD should at least be identical, its just comparing the shaft sizes for the ID. If you cant get specs, take the old bearings to the shop for the OD and IMA triples for the ID to get a match if the IMA head stem shaft is chunky.

I'v used All Ball's Racing tapered bearings in the past. Excellent quality and a reasonable price. Not sure if IMA triples use OEM size bearings or not.

Do the bearings have numbers on them?

I did notice IMA list tapered bearings for all their triples available as accessories, EXCEPT my MOD1 type. I assume (read: hope) this is due to their "plug and play" design, as listed on the website...
