I picked up this Claudio Mazzi panited tank a while back and it had a few chips, a dent and general scratches all over it.  I've had it touched up and it's looking amazing, I'm about to get it glass coated and a stand made up for it but would like to get any info any one may know about these tanks? It's numbered #3, how many were made? Any information about the tank or artist greatly appreciated.

My greatest fear in life is that when I die my better half will sell my Ducati's and tools for the price I told her I paid for them!

Hey Marty -

Mazzawas commissioned to do 100 tanks. How many he actually did or what all 100 looked like is unknown. Google images shows a couple mainly #2

I had a customer with the 1/2 nakid chick and he thought it was painted by the former owner... lol. I guilted him into keeping it for a couple years but he started having issues with the coating in the tank peeling (por-15). He put a plain yellow tank on the bike and I think sold it on ebay for short money. It would have made a good wall hanger.

few people know of them as everyone that saw his tank thought it was some pervert bike owner...lol
