How difficult to swap stock bars with clip-ons?

Hi, I have very little experience with working on my own bikes as I'm only 22. But I was wondering how difficult it would be to swap the stock Ducati Monster 1100 bars with clip ons. Is it something that can be easily done if I have the right tools? Or should I take it somewhere and have them swap the bars out?

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place or just the dumbest question ever.

Clip ons without any rise are going to be radically different. Maybe ok, but not for everyone. You can start with a study of where the lines and cables need to be routed when they suddenly are +/- four inches lower. It might be easy, but wise to be prepared rather than ooops/oh f***

The work involved is straight forward with standard tools. Usually the most difficult is drilling the bars for the electric control plastic boxes - some skip the drilling and simply hold them from rotating with tape around the bars before re-assembly.
