Help with New Suspension Setup

Finding the ride on my 2007 M695 quite stiff and thinking of upgrading my suspension setup.

What would be a suitable rear shock based on 98.5Kg body weight?

How about the front shocks?

Ideally I'd like to do a straight swap out with minimal frame modifications.

Will be sourcing from eBay as I live in Asia, (specific part numbers would be awesome!)

Really appreciate some recommendations/advice.

The adjustable Showa forks from '00-'02 M900, '01-'02 S4, M1000, S2R1000, and any non-testastretta S4R are a good start.
Then properly sprung for your weight, 0.90 or 0.95 springs.

Rear shock from '01-'02 S4 is a direct bolt up, and is a bit better.
Again, sprung for your weight, Ohlins -39 or -41.
Or generic 650 lb/in spring, for example:

ST4s came with an Ohlins shock, that'll fit, but you'll need to find a suitable mounting area for the reservoir.

Yes, that'll bolt right on.

Get a proper spring on it before you go to the effort of installing.

Brought the rear shock @Speeddog now trying to source a spring.

Found these 2004 ST3 https://www.ebay.com/itm/141899672522 will they fit my beast?

They will fit your triple clamps and axle and brakes, but are only adjustable for spring preload.

And there is a possibility they are too long.
I'd ask the seller for an overall length, compare to yours, fully extended.
