Even the older Monsters are gaining value down here and it looks like the same is happening up your way. Old carbed 900s have put on about a grand in the last 18 months in the cites here.

I have seen sellers drag their feet, not reply, be very vague, not post pics, not negotiate, etc because someone is forcing them to sell when they don't really want to.

Yes. I've seen an ad for a 620 that stated: don't really want to sell but marriage is filled with compromises....
