Ive seen them, or something similar in underground apartment car parks. Some tennants had these in car park spaces and some in extended car park spaces for bikes, small fishing tinnies and jet skis.
In my first home before I built a shed, I parked my Bonneville in the entrance hall, but tool storage was still an issue. I know a few younguns in town living in apartments that could use this. waytogo
