Hello new Ducati family,

I am the new owner of a 2012 M1100 Evo. I am trying my best to track down a Spark High Mount Carbon Fiber exhaust and it is NOT a easy find. I thought it would be simple and easy to just grab the one from MotoWheels but they told me today they are not doing any special orders.

Can anyone help me find it. Hopefully for a price similar to the one from MotoWheels??

Yea Motowheels is a no go. And Monsterparts as well. Thanks for the quick response. Will take a look at the sponsors column.

DesmoWorld carry a huge selection of Spark and usually order what they don't have in stock.

In Germany, but speaks English. They deduct VAT, but shipping might bring the price back up....

Thanks a ton everyone. I found it on http://www.euronetbike.net for $50 more so I ordered it. Now let's see if they actually have it.

I saw it on desmoworld  (I think) but it was much more expensive.

Thanks for all the quick help.

I wouldn't expect them to have it in stock, but hopefully able to order...

Which model did you order? Homologated/race only? New plate holder?

I went non homology homologated as I don't need the baffles here in my state. And I have the evotech tidy tail and am already planning to install integrated taillight so I should be fine.

It seems like the DesmoWorld tail tidy has the plate further back than the Evotech, but you'll know for sure later.

Well after a few hiccups in the plan due to the original shipper running into some mechanical issues... she is finally been picked up.

Took advantage of CYBER MONDAY to pick up some accessories. Excited to get the mods added.

1. Spark High Mount Underseat exhaust ($775) (Exhaust made it to the main destination from Spark. Now in route to me.)
2. Motodynamics Integrated taillight and fender eliminator (to move the key hole given the new exhaust blocks it. $117 shipped for both)
3. CRG Arrow Mirrors (already owned)
4. SpeedyMoto full slider kit (frame, rear, front axel - $219 shipped)
5. *** Woodcraft clipons with ducati monster plate *** interested in buying if I can find on sle tonight or under $200.

The 'adapter plate' clip ons? (IMO they look weird)

They have normal clip ons with risers. Or Rizoma bars if sweep and down angle is what you want.

I hope that ratchet didn't rub and scratch the exhaust!

I know I damn sure hope not. Even tho, I have the spark exhaust coming. I still rather not have anything scratched on a practically new bike. Bought it with just 765 miles on it.

Can't wait to see it. Pretty sure I am going to have a closed garage session where I install everything.

Arrrgggghhh

Well, everything came in. I went through all the headache of installing the new fender eliminator just to find out I can't use it because it is too wide and messes up the alignment necessary to mount the cans. So I will have to ship it back (hoping they accept it) and I had to order the actual one that goes with the exhaust.

I have did a few things. So I received the "under body" instead of the "through body" frame sliders so it left the metal sticking out so I sprayed the metal with black hardening epoxy and they came out really great. You cannot even tell they were ever not coated. I also installed the rear and front axel sliders and we are all good. Still not fully sure how I feel about the look of that rear slider.

Key take aways from the basics so far:

1. Ducati Mirrors are cross threaded. Learned the hard way by stripping the head of the left side before I realized I needed to unscrew it the other way.

2. Pretty sure they coming
