Dude, why don't you try the bike with the reflash first . . . then IF YOU think you need the pcv, install it and do whatever it needs done . .

The flash should be fine if you only run an aftermarket filter.

You can replace your stock filter with a k&n and the Motowheels flash should be sufficient. It's the mwr power up kit that screws you in my opinion.
