Yes, this doesn't affect Ducati's sold in the US. But it does affect many other motorcycles that we "could" own.

I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one on TV, but... the language states, "...products of one or more of the member States of the EU"

But many of the EU-branded motos that fall in this range (BMW 310R, KTM  390 Duke and RC390, Royal Enfield Himalayan, etc.) are produced in India. Does that not make them a 'product' of India, rather than a state of the EU?

I think the premise of the petition is the two industries shouldn't cross regarding tariffs.

Let's leave it at that and support the AMA, or not.
