Jack will be doing a rain dance.

FP2 was dry. He didn't need rain. The Hondas are dominating the weekend. Lorenzo did that time on soft tires he slapped on at the end of the session. He was languishing outside the top 10 for the most part.

Lets hope it's evidence that this season will be a year where each mfr has tracks suited to it rather than Yamaha dominating nearly everywhere. Be great to see Ducati win at Mugello and Catalunya. It is really interesting seeing the technical strengths and weaknesses of each marque.

I would like to see Jackass win in the dry but I believe he needs rain on that bike, so would like to see what he can do on a factory bike. I think he would do well on the Ducati with his style and racing background.

Unfortunately I don't think any other manufacturer will be as consistent. I can see the old man winning at least a couple of races in the European rounds and MV will be back in form when we hit the tracks that suit Yamaha the best. Only the super human riding of MM and Cal have kept Honda on the podium. Ducati will be lost at sea until Austria.

I'm hoping for a MM, MV, VR finish.

That'll tighten up the points race good and proper.

Jorge is looking pretty comfortable on the Duc.

MM is looking his old self, flinging that RC around, backing it into and out of the corners.

Pedrosa looking a genuine threat, he may just burble off into the far distance tomorrow.
He's been starting well this year.

I guess I was wrong. Honda dominates! I have no idea what they changed, but it was a definite improvement. Pedrosa made it look easy with his consistent lap times. MM was riding the tires off just to keep up.

I am thankful that at least I don't have to listen to Jorghey whine for at least a few days. Dovi came back from 14th to finish 5th.

The Yamahas looked like GP15s. It was sad watching backmarkers passing Rossi without much effort. Here's to them fixing the issue before Lemans! Zarco is fast becoming one of my favorites.

It seems Jackass bumped his head too hard. He thought he was in an MMA fight. He's definitely getting some points off his license.

Despite the Repsol boys clearing off it was a good race. Pedro can do that on occasion. MM is learning about the end game. Zarco was great and didnt bin it. Good to see JL get to grips with the Ducati.
Jackass will probably also get fined. He should have gone for the rear naked choke. laughingdp Best to smack em later off camera, he'll learn.
Its great the factory Yamahas don't work everywhere.

Well, that tightened it up quite nicely, better than I had hoped!

Pedrosa did not disappoint, he nailed the start and got the job done.

MM kept him honest, and kept his eyes on the prize.

Jorge seems to be getting to grips with the Duc.
Jorge's been to LeMans 9 times in MotoGP; 5 wins, a 2nd, a 4th, a 6th and a 7th, won the last two years on the bounce.
Fingers crossed!

Dovi goes from 14th to 5th, only freebie was Cal hitting the deck, so gained a genuine 8 places.
Only lost 20 seconds on Pedrosa after the first lap.

Cal and Pol had wicked crashes, glad it didn't turn out worse.

Funny seeing Lucy telling the umbrella girl where to stand and where to hold the umbrella!

Tech3 outscores the Factory 21 to 16, with two rookies, vs. riders with almost 20 years of combined premier class experience.
Granted, they're on well-sorted '16 M1's, and the factory will sort out the 17's and bring some new bits.
But the rookies will gain speed as they figure things out.
Herve must have a boner that's visible from the ISS.

I hope some of the other riders kick a few hundred euro to Jacko for doing something that they wished they had the stones to do.
Was there any video of Bautista's "Well, I was trying to do a normal pass but the track was slick and I fell down."?

Moto 3 was an amazing race. Four or five guys had tire marks on their bikes or leathers.

Gigi had a very wry smile on his face after the performances of George and Dovi.

Gigi is the man! The Ducs haven't performed all that well in Jerez the past few years and they didn't look so hot in qualifying. I have no idea what voodoo magic he pulled off to get them so competitive on Sunday. i do have to give credit to Jorghey, he did a great job at managing that race. He's still a douche.

Moto3 was excellent! Those kids are fearless.

I vote for 2 cameras on Zarco at every race, this one, and a front cam.

No rest for the weary. Lotta action today. If Jorge is 'all in' on his quote, he has the ability to turn that beast around.
