Lost another great rider & all around great person. Will be missed very much so.  RIP Nicky!
No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

Woohoohoohoo! Two personal records! For breath holding and number of sharks shot in the face.

Ah man.  :'(

I saw him win in 2005 at Laguna Seca.

Like yesterday I remember picking up DucMouse at the airport and taking her to a meet n greet with Nicky. What a fun day.

RIP Nicky!

I remember having the extra miles with which to send her.  So glad it all worked out!

I started watching moto racing in the early 2000s when Nicky just started in MotoGP. My first live GP race was Nicky's 1st Laguna Seca win!! Met his parents selling swag at an AMA race a few years later. Just seemed like a nice bunch of people enjoying their good fortune as a family.

RIP Nicky, you will be missed. :'(
Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

He was always one of my favorites, especially since he was with Ducati and 69 is the number on my track bike. Big loss and very sorry for the family.

Apparently they were going to release a special edition teddy bear to commemorate this year's WSBK Laguna Seca race:

I sent an email to the company to see if I could buy one and have it delivered to a children's charity, preferably one selected by the Hayden family.

One of the guys from the club suggested that we meet up on June 9th, 6-9, to celebrate Nicky's life. I think this idea is perfect to apply across the world, so what say yea DMFers, we have less than 2 weeks to coordinate local meet ups.

Met Nicky at Sepang in 2012.
He seemed legitimately happy he was signing this bag rather than the regular stuff..
big smile and big "wow, very cool"
