Im going to paint my ducati soon. Was thinking of putting a little decal on top of the tank.

Just wanted to hear your opinions. Should I put other wording in there? Is it cheesy? What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

Thanks

It looks quite busy. Maybe less is more. Just the bottom line is quite subtle.

That's kind of what I was thinking... or just the Dynamic D and Edizione Speciale.  I don't really think anyone who cares is not going to know it's not a Monster.

Or... better yet... the older 'Ducati' text and the ES below it.

Keep it simple if you are going to do it. If you are going to just stick decals do whatever you like. If you are going to have the clear painted over really think about it. There was someone that did a Foggy bike awhile ago and when it came down to selling it a bunch of people were loving the bike except that part. Then again when they first did it I think they planned on keeping the bike forever.

Yeah.. I'm not too sure about the Il Mostro bit. Cheesy maybe?

Just my two cents...
If you are going to paint the bike, why not make a mask from the sticker and paint it on? It will look much nicer and professional. Keep it simple, the only thing I regret on my new paint job was that I added the word 'monster' to the tail, I don't hate it, but I'm not crazy about it any longer. On the top of the tank I made an 'S2R' logo from the 'S4Rs' logo found on those tanks.
I painted my bike a few years ago, pics in my sig Flat Orange.

Agreed that painting on always looks better but then you're stuck with it if you change your mind. I've gone through multiple tank logo decals as they're cheap and easy to swap out. If you're confident you wont change your mind paint it on, if you think you might want the flexibility the Decals are the way to go IMO.

if you are asking for opinions..
I would skip the stickers. stickers are like coverup tattoos.
