Ya, the electronics are bit overwhelming, read the manual  Tongue.  And you'll probably only use 10% of all the gadgets but it's good to have them there.

The backup camera is neat for trailer hookups'

I can't tell you how many times I'd have to get out of the GMC to see where I was.

BTW...GMC is sold. Guys coming to get it in about 15 minutes.

Just ordered a factory trailer brake controller, the ODB dongle, and downloaded the software to activate the TBC module so it will work, and display on the screen.

The whole deal, including parts, is only a few bucks more than an hours labor at a dealer, which is probably what they'd charge to plug it in and reset one value.

Seriously, you can change all kinds of things with this...

like keeping the fog lights on when the high beams are on so the road is lit right in front of the vehicle.

The software was written for painters and machinists...not rocket scientists...and is really intuitive.

Keep in mind they need for mechanics to be able to use it. Wink

about the keeping foglights on with the high beams...can't do that in PA it turns out. I got yelled at for it when I got my car inspected one time and had to change it back for them to inspect it.
