I purchased a M900 OEM Ducati fairing for my M750.  As I understand M620, M695, M750, M900's are nearly the same except for engine other details.

Looks like it mounts with the front turn signal fasteners.  There are also one small hole adjacent to the signal mounts.

My question is what are those two small holes for?

Each side has a bolt hole and a hole for the wire and locating dowel. Sounds like you have a later version oem fairing. Earlier versions located to brackets bolted the top fork clamp.
