I know of two;

Dustin Ranck of Icon Tattoo Studio

and

Drat Diestler of TigerLilly Tattoo

Both are OMRRA racers and do nice work.  If you want to meet them the next OMRRA race weekend if coming up on August 2nd.  I will introduce you to them both.

Mine was done at ludicrous ink (http://www.merchantcircle.com/business/Ludicris.Ink.503-678-3373)

Derek is the owner and the dude that did it. He was fanTAStic, to be modest. He took a vague idea of mine and ran with it, making it beautiful. I get compliments on the intricacy all the time. He's definitely worth the drive.

Here's a pic if y'all don't remember what it looks like....
You can't see the whole thing but it's really a great piece, feel free to ask to see it next time we hang out, I love showing it off.

Wait!

Best artist in town dont even doubt it.

http://www.claewelch.com/

historic tattoo in SE portland.  Even tattoo artists come from out of state to get his work done on them, dont even bother with anyone else.

No he didnt do my work, a friend from california did http://www.simtattoo.com/ (Simeon Shoeman)
i know Clae from Sim who is the tattoo guy from glass beetle.  Sim flew down here about 2 weeks ago and had Clae start on a huge tattoo sim is getting on his side.

I went down to pick up Sim after he was done to give him a ride back to the airport, anyways i wound up hanging out there for a couple of hrs, talking with Clae and checking out his work.   His stuff is amazing, and you know if tattoo artists are flying here to get his work on them, and they are good then hes gotta do good work.
Hands down the best tattoo artist i have seen here, the guy is a true artist if youve been to his shop and checked out his paintings and shit youll know.

Anyways, tell him Dave recommended you, Sim from glass beetle tatto's buddy that came to pick him up.
