Bikemaster rotors?

Anyone tried them? Did some searches but didn't come up with anything. Pricing is close to EBC. Just not sure of quality...

What's the draw over the EBC?

The Bikemasters are about $70 less per rotor. Not that the braking system is where I want to be pinching pennies.

Mostly I'm looking for a traditional style rotor that doesn't have a gold carrier and isn't super expensive.

$70 bucks less per rotor isn't what I'd call close.

They're a bit of a mystery. Reportedly made in Spain and reportedly as OEM for a number of bikes. Wide price range on e-bay between $140 and $200. Specs show they are non-floating.

Only online review I've found complained they ordered those pictured with black carriers and got gold instead.

I contacted a seller about rotor color. No response yet. If I can get them with black carriers I'll probably pull the trigger and see what they're like.

In case anyone cares... contacted a few vendors. The only one that replied state the the carriers are gold and not black as picture. I suspect that black simply is no longer an option. But since I can't confirm without a doubt, I will move on to something else.

Few other places I can find them they are $329 each.

A budget but apparently high quality option is Metal Gear in Australia. I only discovered them a year ago and now realise I have seen their discs on many older bikes. Their products meet TUV standards. The discs for Ducatis I have seen have gold carriers. I cannot vouch for the quality or performance first hand as I have not used their products yet. Google brought up good reviews of the discs as a bang for buck product, but mixed reviews of their pads. The organic pads wore quickly but did not wear the discs and this divided opinion as did the bite Vs feel argument.

Yeah, a fellow over at ducati.ms reviewed those same rotors. He really liked them a lot and the price was very competitive.

Gold carriers, plus international shipping/customs/returns related issues ruled them out for me.

@DarkMonster620; those look like the e-bay Chinese rotors, no? I read up on Ducatiz's thread and decided I'd pass on them.

@stopintime; I contacted OPP at your suggestion. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything. Motowheels had the set I linked above, but they're pretty pricey. I contacted them too, but they only recommended the even more expensive ones 

After digging some more, I came up with these:

They look to be an upgrade over my stock '99 ST2 rotors and came in at less than $400.  Should get them in a few weeks.
