I set the clock on the Duc and didn't ride it for ~4 days prior to my service appointment. The morning of my appointment I climbed aboard and noticed the clock time was spot on. I took it in for service and it has worked fine since. The dealership confirmed the latest software was loaded and created a paperwork trail with Ducati representative for documentation purposes. And they sent me on my way. Go figure!

Anyhow, wanted to keep those that are interested updated, but the dealer could not replicate the issue and therefore, no fix or idea what the problem is. I think they think I'm nuts and I am starting to believe them!

End of the day, the bike doesn't require a working clock in order to be ridden!
