I've had similar crashes, certainly not as fast, or fiery, but the altitude was about the same. No fun.

Some rather nonspecific mutterings about rear tire trouble from Rossi, Cal and Jack.
Some very specific mutterings from another source about rear tires chunking for Cal and MM and Rossi, not substantiated at all.

Looks OK to me.....
For Silverstone, it was blazing hot and the tarmac was brand new, so Michelin had zero historical data to work with.

Pramac pic on FB shows Jacks rear tyre chunking badly on the RHS. Jack said Crutchlow's was similar and they were trying to battle while nursing the tyres home.

Seems Rins won that race twice. He thought penultimate lap was the last lap. Crossed the line with that outside move by .001.
