Yeah I hear you. Last time I did flooring like this for my parents and that wasn't an issue. Yesterday I dug one out of a knee pad. Still not to the flooring stage yet so not a big deal but it got my attention laughingdp

we used to put carpet padding in ours. it was great when they got old because that would keep us from getting stabbed by the staples. I switched to a set of neoprene pads that wrapped above and below the knee. they were really nice, but staples still went right through. lol
