Hey all!

So a general question most likely but more specifically a s2r1000. I took the headlight off my bike and saw what a mess the wiring is so I’ve decided to go all in and require the bike. There are some amazing reads in this forum for that and I feel like I can spend a few months having some fun with it.

So far I’ve already decided to do the following: replace the instrument panel, remap the ecu and kill the immobilizer (probably through rexxer), lithium battery and mosfet reg/rec. Upgrade all lights to led to minimize power consumption. For rewiring help I’m also getting proper wires, sleeves, connectors, and m-unit+m-button.

To the question: I’m going to be rearranging a lot of electronic parts and wonder what else is upgradeable, what can be bought in a smaller tidier size, and what is model specific, must have can’t remove cans switch out except for oem.

Best,
Alex
