 i'm the 3rd owner of a 2002 Monster 620 Dark.
It did not come with a windshield.  looks cool, but man is it not fun on the highways.
I'd like something very small and low profile. Any suggestions???

IMO, small and low profile won't do much for highway wind blast. Even the stock one just puts it up onto your helmet.

Dart has a selection of small windshields.

Most of the windscreens available for your bike will be here  https://www.revzilla.com/parts/2002-ducati-monster-620?is_blemished=false&facets%5B%5D=2403

For me the factory windshield was fine.  Gotta mention i am on the short side.  Zero Gravity makes replacement screens, some offering more protection.

The Dart is an exceptional product.  Had one on the 750.  Unfortunately they only now show Sport Classic and Scrambler applications.  Some modification to the bracket might make it work.

For us shorties the oem is fine, but yeah, tall guys need aftermarket. At 5'8" the oem puts the wind on my chest which supports me at speed, both older and newer types. There's a lot of personal preference and fit to it.
