Road Show by CNET? I like the way they describe the new model. "It may be good"
"...the Monster has remained one of motorcycling's most beloved models and has gone through many iterations -- most of which were pretty good."
No longer a parts bin bike I suppose. I like change, because change is good, but I like the design coherence of a motor hanging from a trellis with two wheels and a tank. The trellis has been eroded incrementally with each generation so I kind of expected it to vanish entirely at some point.
Now if MV will only step up their game in the US and improve their QC and make parts available and propagate dealerships etc etc I can move on from Ducati because I just don't like their newer bikes very much. Too Japanese in appearance.
