Team Lucky Explorer wins the 2021 Swank Rally in Italy. What is the Swank Rally? It is a five day 750 mile type adventure bike rally held in Italy and the riders can use GPS and Roadbooks but the bikes cannot be newer than a 1999. This year Edi Orioli's 1990 Cagiva Elephant which won the Paris to Dakar race was entered as part of Team Lucky Explorer. Sounds like it could be a lot of fun. I bet there were plenty of vintage Super Tenere 750s and Honda Africa Twins and maybe some Suzuki DRBIGs in the race as well. There was one other Elephant on Team Lucky but the rider took ill before the race. The Cagiva Elephant was Ducati powered if you did not know.
