I am near the Cali/Oregon boarder and wondered if there is anyone out there close by. Seems I am too far north for what people call N. CA ( Sacramento, SF etc) and too far South of Portland/Seattle.

Love to be able to get in on some group rides that aren't 3.5 hours away before I get there!!!

victor usually posts some good rides, and gives us advance notice. Maybe you could wait for one then ride down the night before, stay overnight somewheres then get in on the ride the next day. rides usually leave around 11am and go for many hours so it would be worth your while. Im still waiting for another big ride, maybe if victor sees this he will post something far in advance, to give it a chance to get alot of people together for one big blowout ride before the summer craps out on us.  It would be cool to have a ride with 10 or more ducati's, and have the day end at plan B.  applause

I may have to do something like that. Sucks that I work Wednesday - Saturday - midnights!!! Going to opposite end of shift starting October with Wednesday-Saturday off. On Ducati.ms they have a big ride out to the coast planned. Looks like fun. A bunch of Ducs on the road!!!

After the amount of snow I plowed last winter, I am considering a move to the desert!! What is even crazier is... It's getting pretty darn chilly out there at night. Makes me think winter is coming early. I'm ridin whether I ride with a group or not. I just figured riding with a bunch of Ducs would be really cool!!!

I'm about 1/2 north of the border.  At work on the West Coast of Africa right now though and won't be back until the 1st of Sep.  Have you taken the ride outside of Redding/Red Bluff?  I've heard of it but haven't been yet.  Here it is 120 miles of twisty's.

I have yet to take that ride. A group on ducati.ms is planning a ride on 36 (Red Bluff to the coast) end of September. I have been focusing on 89 east of Mt. Shasta out to Burney. Tons of riding available around here. Just not many Duc owners. I tend to flock... Tired of flying solo. Cool thing tho' Finally got the wifey to jumb on the back and come with. I think she's hooked. Keeps asking when the next ride is!!!

I want to ride north, visit Hansen's Ducati then east out 66 towards Klamath. Heard that is a great ride.
