Anyways, the swingarm came off without any trouble so I consider myself lucky.
You were!
There are seals and bearings in the engine cases - easily damaged by forcefully removing a swingarm axle. Try to feel how the seals and bearings are, try to visually inspect them and be generous with your grease. Inspection might even be better if the axle is put back into the engine to feel sideways (wiggle) or rotational wear.

It has been a bit hectic at work recently, but since last time I finally finished dissembling. The biggest trouble so far has actually been cleaning the engine, but now that’s done as well!
Quick questions… Is it possible to remove the ignition from the frame? Cant see any natural ways to do so.
And regarding the spark plug… The socket size is 16mm, right? I need to buy a longer, thinner socket

The two brass looking 'pegs' are removed with a vice grip tool (not on the treads)
My most recent experience regarding spark plugs..... different sizes between Champion and NGK

Before vice grips try double nut, screw one nut on then another. Tighten the two against each other. You should now be able to unscrew the dowel. If that fails, then vice grips. Yor plugs are probably 5/8 inch or 17 mm. If the 17mm is loose, but seems like it will work, think 5/8, since that is about 16.5mm.

Cheers! I was a bit concerned, as I wanted the bronze way darker, but the black parts covered up nicely.
Thanks for reaching out when I needed help
