I got to test ride a R1200R (naked commuter-tourer), man does this thing fly!! The bike mags have got a consistent 110hp out of this bike, and yes it flies. I wangled my way onto 230km/h indicated and this engine had only done 70km!!! Lord, when it loosens up a bit it´s going to really shift! Brakes a very good, suspension absorbs everything and even managed a mini jump over a hump-back bridge! With the traction control turned off I could see where I was really abusing the throttle previously I had to be more careful.. This bike is way too much fun for a "boring" naked BMW.

I also got to test ride a HP2 Enduro with SM wheels.. Mwahahahaha.. what a bastard of a bike. Yes a Hypermotard is hooligan level fun, this is another level. I didn´t know things this big lift their front wheel and power slide out of roundabouts!! This bike was a real hoot, although that front brake is lacking in stopping  power. Although I´m sure a stiffer fork would be a very good upgrade. This bike had a full Akrapovic system on it and man does this thing bark. It´s not a deep, rumble like the old S4Rs had. It´s not as obnoxious, it´s like a loud and wet fart.. sort of. The bike really likes to pop and bang on the over run when decelerating. I only got her up to 140km/h indicated but it was such a laugh I don´t think you´d need to go any faster on this bike, ever. It is as ugly as sin but the most fun I´ve had on two wheels in a long time.
