Not even close.

You'll have to persuade Dan to tell you..
"Once you accept that a child on the autistic spectrum experiences the world in
a completely different way than you, you will be open to understand how that
 perspective
is even more amazing than yours."
To realize the value of nine  months:
Ask a mother who gave birth to a stillborn.
"Don't piss off old people The older we get, the less 'Life in Prison' is a deterrent.”

The few that came are gone. The lawn is mowed, and I'm already thinking about next year.

We had a great time. Kraken is evil, but not as evil as Royce's mezcal.  I was a good boy this year.

Yeah, that mezcal was a bit of a 999.  Not meant for ordinary riders.

Sorry I missed this year.  Glad everyone seemed to have fun as usual.

Of note: if you ever get the chance to see you favorite band at the Sphere (in Vegas), go.  Amazing venue.  It is almost as fun as watching beans explode.  Almost...

Wait until I get home and have a chance to post the video. The first can went right into the SpaceX program

[laugh]

Happy to help give him something to do.

Just got home and stepped out of the shower. Our thanks to the Painter family for letting us run loose on their property yet again. We live for dimby!  Pics soon...

I guess I did forget his name. Either that or I called him Hardy all weekend?  ???

Either way, please share my apologies with that good dog.

Here's all the pictures I took at Dimby and a shot of Cindy and I stopping at hogback mountain on the way home.

Watch the bean launch videos. Do it. Now.

Was that "Jump" playing in the background?  Seems appropriate.

That first one launched farther than any in my DIMBY experience.

The first one was definitely one of the better launches we've have

The daytime launch was more satisfying, yet also less of a thrill.

Over the years, have we gained any institutional knowledge on launching it?

That is, is one side of the can better to put in the fire than the other?  I note the first launch blew from the bottom (the rocket effect) but the second was the opposite with the top firing off and beans everywhere (the cannon effect).

It's all a guess. I aim the can and cross my fingers it's awesome. Both cans this year went bottom first into the fire.

I think we should find an appropriate size stove pipe or something to use as a cannon...

Like, an adult sized polish cannon?

Pretty much. Too bad we don't know anyone who could machine us a cannon barrel..
