2V Valve Adjustments
«

Doing valve adjustments on my 2009 M696 2V engine. Can’t seem to figure out how to install the shim keepers back… if I press the closing rocker down with a screwdriver there’s not enough space to fit the closing shim down the valve stem that would allow me to install the keepers. Any suggestions on how to do this?
P.S. the cylinder head is on the bench.

Unfortunately, you need to host pictures on a picture hosting site and post a link. Hopefully the service you choose accepts hotlinks.

No worries, I used a screwdriver from the other end to hold the closing arm down and it worked perfectly. Thanks anyway!
