I'm originally from South Florida but living in the Charlotte area of North Carolina for the past 14 years. I currently own a 2001 Monster 900Sie which I have had for 20 years. I also own a 1981 Darmah 900 SD along with a 2007 BMW R1200R. I've been riding for over 45 years which will date me a bit. I'm a charter life member of the AMA and US Desmo member. The Monster is probably the most fun bike I have owned and there have been over a dozen. My mechanical skills are just a little above average but without any formal training. The Appalachian mountains of North CArolina, Virginia and Tennessee are my favorite places to ride. I'm looking forward to getting good advice from experienced Monster owners in this forum.
