Interesting how that rider said climbing Everest was easier than the Dakar!
[thumbsup] Race mileage this year is 4,970 miles (8,000km). This shit is grueling.

Sam have a serious blood pressure drop? You don't want to get crook out in the desert.

Toby said the reason he and Sam dropped out was because of a concussion. Didn't mention anything about blood pressure.

Tim and Tom are out of the race. They had two really bad stages, and didn't make time the other day. Slept in the car that night. They are continuing in “Unclassified”. Their spirits are up as per usual, and they're having some fun with videos.

Stage 9 highlights. It was a “shorter” stage. Got a tad dusty out there today. I'll post the shorter video from the official page, and the 30min one from NBC.

Stage 10 highlights. A lot of dunes today. A little bit of sandbagging going on, nobody wants to be first off tomorrow.

[clap] [clap] He had a great race. Led most of the way.  [bow_down] Schareina from ESP was only 8'50” behind him. Brabec and Howes from USA finished 5th-6th. 29'50” and 42'44” behind Sanders.
