Desmoheart: Anyone ever use them?

Hopefully they arent blowing smoke up my ass with the "we just got it". They litterally sent me a screen shot of their excel sheet for inventory stating they got it. What Im most worried about is if they dont pack it well and it gets all dinged up. Fingers crossed!
