1996 M900 Rubber Replacement Parts

Afternoon All!

I have an old 1996 M900. It sat for a long time with the previous owner. I have her running, and she sounds great. But all of the rubber is dry-rotted.

Is there a list of all the rubber parts and their corresponding part numbers that I can use to start ordering replacements? A rubber restoration kit would be ideal, but a search has not revealed anything like that.

Fuel lines, vacuum lines, rubber buffers, battery hold-down, all that sort of stuff.

You're going to have to get creative. I have a 96 also. I'd be surprised if much is still available from Ducati.

Ducati Omaha has an online parts lookup system. It only goes back to Y2K. The 900 was FI by then so most of what you need won't be the same.

Fuel delivery for Y2K 750's was carbureted, so fuel hoses between an '00 750 and a '96 900 would be the same.

Good morning, and thank you to all who have replied so far. Please keep them coming.
I suspect that most of the replacement rubber and plastic parts will be similar between the 1996 900 and the 2000 750. I believe even the carbs are close as the rebuild kits state 600/750/900. Just bore size and jetting for the differences.
I have downloaded the parts manual from Ducati Omaha's website and will start poring through it over the weekend.

I've found the oem pre shaped fuel lines hard to find. An alternative is using the dirt bike carb type fuel lines similar to 90's Honda oem fuel line. It's very pliable and grips onto fittings so when fitted with hose clamps is very leak resistant. It takes a shape well. You find it in dirt bike shops in 1/4 and 5/16 sizes.
I use the 1/4 and 5/16 size K&N or Visu mesh pancake style fuel filters and run them between the fuel tap and fuel pump.
To replace the horrible vacuum fuel taps I use an earlier oem manual tap or a 5/16 Briggs and Stratton tap and run it in line where the old style manual tap was located.
